This is a remote position.
Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate leads (B2B, B2C, and commercial clients).
Qualify prospects, nurture relationships, and close sales for restoration and cleaning services.
Manage and update the sales pipeline using Go HighLevel CRM.
Utilize multi-channel outreach (phone, email, SMS, LinkedIn) to engage leads.
Schedule and confirm sales consultations (virtual or in-person).
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
1+ year of sales or lead generation experience (phone-based preferred).
Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.
Experience with CRM systems (Go HighLevel, Apollo, or similar).
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient in handling objections.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Natural extrovert with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Comfortable with video calls and team collaboration tools.
100% remote (Part-time with potential to transition to full-time).
