Marketing Assistant

This is a remote position.

This role focuses on executing and managing large-scale outreach and digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with structured workflows while collaborating closely with operations to ensure seamless lead tracking and qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume outbound lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
  

• Execute targeted mass DM outreach at scale, including social media direct messaging.
  

• Conduct daily Instagram account outreach and engagement.
  

• Run cold email outreach campaigns and maintain consistent follow-ups.
  

• Support digital advertising initiatives across multiple platforms.
  

• Manage email and SMS marketing activities, including flows, templates, and integrations.
  

• Perform SEO tasks such as audits, keyword research, technical SEO reviews, backlink analysis, and competitor research.
  

• Distribute and manage content across multiple pages and platforms.
  

• Track, qualify, and organize leads in collaboration with the operations VA.
  

• Ensure accurate handoff of qualified leads according to internal workflows.
  

• Maintain clear documentation and follow established processes consistently.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multi-channel lead generation at high volume.
  

• Hands-on experience with mass outreach campaigns and cold email strategies.
  

• Experience supporting paid digital advertising efforts.
  

• Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing systems.
  

• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including technical and off-page SEO.
  

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting daily targets.
  

• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  

• Comfort working with structured systems, processes, and workflows.
