Position: AR Trainee (US - Voice process)
Job Location: Chennai (Guindy) – Training in
person and work from HOME
Job Summary
Desired Profile:
· Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
· Ensure targeted collections are met on a daily / monthly basis
· Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time.
· Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality
standards.
· Ensure follow up on pending claims.
· Prepare and Maintain status reports
Experience - Freshers or 6 to 1 years experience in US Voice Processing
Qualification : Any Degree / Diploma / BE / B
