  • Boutique Video Shoot: Coordinate video shoot schedules with boutique owners, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations; shoot video content with knowledge of lighting and audio recording devices to capture high-quality footage; direct and guide boutique owners and staff during shoots; ensure video content adheres to brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and content creation to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities; provide regular updates on onboarding activities and video shoot progress; promptly address any issues or delays and communicate effectively with boutique owners and stakeholders.
  • Brand Alignment and Stakeholder Relationship Management: Ensure all communications and video content align with brand guidelines; build and maintain strong relationships with boutique owners and stakeholders; represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Position Title: Business Development Intern
Job Location - Mumbai, Lucknow and Chandigarh


Job Summary:

As a Business Development Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new boutique partners and capturing high-quality video content of the boutiques for promotional purposes. You will work closely with the sales team to streamline the onboarding process and with the marketing team to create engaging video content that showcases our boutique partners' unique offerings.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Onboarding:

   - Assist in the onboarding process for new boutique partners, ensuring all necessary documentation and agreements are completed accurately and efficiently.

   - Communicate with boutique owners to provide guidance and support during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

   - Collaborate with the sales team to develop training materials and resources for new boutiques, ensuring they are equipped to utilize our platform effectively and maximize sales opportunities.


2. Boutique Video Shoot:

   - Coordinate video shoot schedules with boutique owners, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.

   - Able to shoot the video content, Has knowledge of lighting, and audio recording devices, to capture high-quality footage of the boutiques.

   - Direct and guide boutique owners and staff during the video shoot, providing instructions on positioning, actions, and dialogue as needed.

   - Ensure video content adheres to brand guidelines and aligns with the company's marketing objectives.


3. Collaboration and Communication:

   - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and content creation, to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities.

   - Provide regular updates on the progress of onboarding activities and video shoot schedules, promptly addressing any issues or delays that may arise.

   Communicate effectively with boutique owners and stakeholders, build strong relationships, and represent the company professionally.
