Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on AI/tech, and a proven track record in localization/translation
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders; proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker who can work independently in a remote environment; fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for AI products in the localization and translation industry.

    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in localization and translation.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
