Position Overview:
As the Senior Project Manager for LATAM, you will manage and execute localization projects with a focus on the unique needs of the Latin American market. Your role will involve overseeing project execution, coordinating teams, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Direct and manage localization projects from start to finish, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.
Team Management: Coordinate and lead project teams, including both internal and external resources, to achieve project goals.
Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for LATAM clients, managing relationships and providing regular updates.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
Process Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within the localization or language services industry.
Skills: Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with project management tools and techniques.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is essential; English proficiency is required.
