This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to lead change management initiatives during SAP transformation programs. The ideal candidate will focus on preparing, equipping, and supporting individuals and organizations to successfully adopt SAP-driven process, system, and cultural changes.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with at least 5+ years in SAP programs.
Strong expertise in SAP transformation initiatives (S/4HANA, ECC, or Cloud Solutions).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record in leading large-scale change initiatives in global organizations.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and multicultural environments.
