This is a remote position.

Dignotion is seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Developer to support our internal operations and client-facing systems. You’ll play a key role in implementing and optimizing business workflows across the Zoho One suite, including Zoho CRM, Creator, Forms, Analytics, and other integrated tools. If you have a problem-solving mindset, strong attention to detail, and a track record of developing scalable, user-friendly CRM solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity, ideal for an independent developer or Zoho specialist looking for meaningful projects with a fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and customize business applications within Zoho One (CRM, Creator, Forms, Analytics, etc.)
  • Deploy new features including custom layouts, fields, and workflow automations
  • Design and build external-facing CRM portals, dashboards, and reports
  • Plan and execute data migrations between Zoho CRM and other platforms
  • Develop custom tools, scripts, and Deluge functions to automate business processes
  • Create development roadmaps and track iterations for review and approval
  • Manage the full development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and support
  • Maintain clean, well-documented code and version control standards
  • Communicate progress and status updates to project leads and stakeholders


Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho One applications
  • Proficiency in scripting and logic development (Deluge experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and relational database structures
  • Ability to define and manage user roles, permissions, and access controls
  • Experience integrating third-party tools via APIs
  • Familiarity with version control and best practices in code documentation
  • Experience with WordPress CMS and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience developing for call center integrations (e.g., Twilio, RingCentral)
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.)
  • Previous work planning scalable CRM architectures across departments
  • Experience building client-facing or partner portals on Zoho Creator
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code environments and iterative development processes
