Telemarketing Representative (English-Only | Appointment Setter)
Mexico (Remote)
Full-time / Part-time (to be defined)
We are looking for a Telemarketing Representative based in Mexico to support our business development efforts. This role is focused exclusively on contacting qualified leads, conducting fast and structured conversations in English, and booking introductory service presentation meetings for our sales or consulting team.
This is not a sales-closing role. Success in this position is measured by quality conversations, accurate lead qualification, and confirmed appointments.
Contact inbound and outbound leads via phone and messaging channels
Conduct clear, concise, and confident conversations in 100% English
Qualify leads based on basic criteria (business type, needs, readiness)
Present a high-level overview of our services following defined scripts
Schedule and confirm service presentation meetings
Maintain accurate lead status and notes in the CRM or tracking system
Follow up with leads when required to secure confirmations
Meet daily and weekly activity and appointment-setting targets
Fluent English (C1 or native-level) – mandatory
Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or call-based roles
Ability to handle fast-paced, direct, and goal-oriented conversations
Strong listening and communication skills
High level of professionalism and reliability
Comfortable working with scripts, objections, and KPIs
Personal computer or laptop in good working condition
Stable and reliable internet connection
Headset with microphone suitable for calls
Basic ability to use CRM systems, spreadsheets, or call tools
Experience working with international or U.S.-based leads
Background in technology, SaaS, digital services, or consulting environments
WhatsApp or multi-channel outreach experience
Remote position based in Mexico
