Requirements:

Report project Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental status to Senior Leaders and Customers verbally and in writing; stay informed about the work to understand and manage associated risk.
Exhibit the BEC Culture in incident investigations, cause analysis, reporting, and implementing corrective/recurrence control actions.

Site Safety Manager: The Site Safety Manager leads a Project Team in implementing BEC’s HSE Management System on the project to ensure an acceptable level of risk, compliance to HSE regulations, and the wellbeing of all involved.

Responsibilities:

Exemplify the BEC Culture. Provide a new Team-Member’s first impression of BEC during orientation training. Conduct both onboarding and developmental training. Conduct Safety observations and coach personnel on safe work. (one-community)
Manage project risk to an acceptable level by ensuring project compliance to BEC’s HSE Management System along with regulatory and customer requirements. Manage HSE issues, concerns, and incidents with care, discernment, and haste. (full-Commitment)
