About the Role: We are seeking a highly analytical ESG & CSR Investor Research Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on identifying and analyzing investors with a strong emphasis on ESG and sustainability initiatives, equipping our leadership with valuable insights to align with like-minded stakeholders. You will research, compile, and rank prospective investors based on their strategic fit with Vosyn’s mission and goals, ensuring our fundraising strategy is robust and targeted. This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Investor Identification: Conduct detailed research to identify investors with a strong focus on ESG and sustainability across venture capital, private equity, and institutional platforms.
• Investor Profiling: Develop comprehensive profiles of potential investors, highlighting their investment criteria, past projects, industry focus, and geographic preferences.
• Strategic Ranking: Rank investors based on alignment with Vosyn’s goals, funding capacity, and potential for long-term partnerships.
• Market Analysis: Monitor trends in ESG and sustainability investing, providing actionable insights to refine Vosyn’s fundraising strategy.
• Database Management: Create and maintain an organized investor database with detailed segmentation for strategic decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership and ESG teams to align investor research with Vosyn’s overarching sustainability and business goals.
• Reporting: Prepare data-driven reports and presentations on investor opportunities for internal stakeholders.

About You:

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in a related field. Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory. Keen interest in sustainability, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues, and their impact on business. We're happy to consider candidates from various academic backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow in this field.
• Strong research and analytical skills. You enjoy digging into information, identifying patterns, and drawing meaningful conclusions.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal. You can explain your findings clearly and concisely.
• Organized and detail-oriented. You can manage your time effectively and keep track of multiple tasks.
• A proactive and self-motivated individual. You're eager to contribute to a dynamic team and take initiative.
• Familiarity with financial concepts or the tech startup world.
• Any prior experience in research, analysis, or sustainability-related roles.

Recruitment Process:

2. Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge..
3. Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit. The ability to video record your answers will be required.
4. Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
5. Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
