Accounting Associate - Experienced

• Own and manage key areas of the general ledger, including preparation and review of journal entries
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
• Support and drive month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Assist with preparation of internal financial reports and schedules for management
• Support external audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries
• Maintain and improve accounting processes, documentation, and internal controls
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and other teams to ensure accurate financial data
• Assist with ERP-related accounting workflows and process improvements
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability within accounting operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
• 2+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Experience with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
• High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with ERP systems preferred
