Roles & Responsibilities

  • 7–10 years of IT experience
  • 5–7 years of ITIL process functional consulting
  • Expertise in Field Service Management (FSM), Source-to-Pay (S2P), Customer Service Management (CSM) and ITSM
  • Advanced English proficiency and willingness to work remotely

Requirements:

  • Lead functional design and implementation of ITIL-based processes across FSM, S2P, CSM and ITSM
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements, map processes to ITIL standards, and define functional specifications
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder alignment
  • Facilitate workshops, mentor team members, and support testing and deployment activities
