Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat regarding their insurance policies and inquiries.
  • Assist customers in understanding their insurance options and benefits, guiding them through claims processes when necessary.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries promptly, ensuring resolutions that meet client needs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s insurance products and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and keep accurate records for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Stay current on industry trends and changes to better assist clients and offer relevant advice.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
