Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Food & Beverage industry. This position, based in Athens, Greece, is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and the vibrant food and beverage sector.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and issues effectively.
  • Assist customers with product information, order placements, and any inquiries related to food and beverage offerings.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, ensuring a positive experience and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and to enhance service quality.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and promotions to assist customers accurately.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and contribute to improvement initiatives for service processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the Food & Beverage sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A passion for food and beverage products and a desire to assist customers in enjoying them.
