This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sustainable energy solutions and committed to delivering exceptional customer service to clients across the Dutch-speaking market.


Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to renewable energy products and services.
  • Assist customers with account information, service inquiries, and technical support for renewable energy solutions.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of renewable energy options and assist them in selecting suitable solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and streamline service delivery.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and industry regulations.
  • Document customer interactions meticulously to support service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy or environmental sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
