Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Biotechnology industry. This position will allow you to connect with clients and contribute to the innovative field of biotechnology, all while providing impeccable customer support.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to biotech products, services, and technical support.
  • Provide detailed information about product usage, benefits, and best practices to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, striving for a positive outcome.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive service records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the biotechnology sector to provide relevant support and information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the biotechnology or life sciences sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle complex inquiries and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
