Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Banking industry. This position offers the chance to work with a leading financial institution, providing support and guidance to Dutch-speaking clients.


Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to their bank accounts, financial products, and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Educate clients about banking services and assist them in navigating online banking platforms.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of banking products and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback meticulously to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or financial sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
