Job Title: Full-Time Project Manager

Location: Remote (US-based)

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Overview:

As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving our projects to ensure deadlines are met, clients are satisfied, and team members are managed effectively. This is a part-time, remote role structured as a W2 position, with a strong possibility of growing into full-time after a 30-day evaluation period. You will be working with tools like Asana, Zoom, Slack, Zapier, and PandaDoc, so familiarity with these platforms is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Coordinate and communicate with team members to drive accountability and progress.
Create and optimize SOPs and systems for improved efficiency and scalability.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients and teams, facilitating meetings via Zoom.
Independently problem-solve and make impactful decisions with minimal supervision.
Use project management tools like Asana to track deliverables and deadlines.
Set up automations and workflows using Zapier.
Manage contracts and documents using PandaDoc.

Requirements:

Proven experience in project management.
Strong proficiency in Asana, Zoom, Slack, Zapier, and PandaDoc.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Ability to create and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Comfortable working independently and making things happen with little guidance.
Must have solid, reliable internet and be based in the US.
Availability during regular US business hours.
