Senior QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer with solid experience in both manual and automation testing to join our remote-first team. In this role, youll play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Web3 platform, contributing to high-quality releases and a seamless user experience.

You should be comfortable working in distributed teams, communicating effectively across time zones, and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans for web and blockchain applications.
Perform regression, integration, and functional testing on core features and smart contract integrations.
Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to define test strategies and ensure requirement coverage.
Identify, log, and track bugs and performance issues, and follow up on fixes with engineering teams.
Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and frameworks.
Contribute to our remote-first culture with clear communication and a proactive, solutions-driven approach.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with hands-on knowledge of both manual and automated testing methodologies.

Proven track record of working remotely and effectively managing tasks independently.
Familiarity with Web3 technologies, blockchain concepts, and decentralized applications.
Experience using test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks (bonus).
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
