Remote Leasing Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Leasing Sales Representative to manage inbound inquiries, engage with prospective tenants, and guide them through the leasing process from initial contact to closing; responsibilities include presenting leasing options, conducting follow-ups, maintaining organized lead records, communicating progress with management, and supporting administrative operations; the ideal candidate has strong communication and sales skills, proven ability to close deals, excellent customer service, professionalism, and is highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented while thriving in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to messages from prospective clients.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement.
• Present leasing options, property features, and pricing details to potential tenants.
• Close deals and finalize apartment lease agreements.
• Maintain consistent communication with management regarding leads, progress, and leasing activities.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive leasing experience for every prospect.
• Perform other ongoing administrative tasks as needed to support operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong and clear communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, internal leaders, providers, and potential clients.
• Proven experience in sales.
• Strong ability to close deals effectively.
• Friendly, engaging, and approachable personality.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Professional phone and email etiquette and customer service mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
• Sound judgment and the capacity to comprehend and execute instructions promptly with minimal supervision.
• Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
