  • Process and reconcile investing, dividends, transfers, and corporate actions; remediate breaks between TD Ameritrade Clearing, fund companies, transfer brokers, and other service partners.
  • Investigate complex/escalated issues, provide technology/service solutions to management, and ensure timely and accurate completion of client exchange and dividend demands.
  • Communicate with service partners, answer questions about fund requirements, and act on alternative investment transactions to expedite client requests or remediate issues; ensure regulatory/compliance alignment.
