Strong research, testing, and validation skills for new technology enhancements and vendor changes; commitment to timely and accurate processing of client exchange and dividend requests.

Requirements:

Review registration arrangements or transaction requests, exemptions, and governing responsibilities; reconcile field, dividend, and transfer breaks; reconcile across BOS and Fund Business.
Process and reconcile investing, dividends, transfers, and corporate actions; remediate breaks between TD Ameritrade Clearing, fund companies, transfer brokers, and other service partners.
Investigate complex/escalated issues, provide technology/service solutions to management, and ensure timely and accurate completion of client exchange and dividend demands.
