🎬 The Role

Our client is seeking a Client Success & Performance Executive / Account Manager to drive SaaS adoption, secure client retention, and ensure the commercial success of Food & Beverage (F&B) operators within the GCC Market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management and data analysis and a proven ability to consultatively manage and grow post-sale portfolios in a fast-paced technology environment.


👤 The Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with partners of all sizes by ensuring maximum platform adoption.
  • Analyze client performance data, identify key trends, and educate clients on the next strategic course of action based on their business goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, taking a consultative, long-term approach to building productive relationships with key external stakeholders.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including strategy development, setup, and performance monitoring.
  • Gather detailed client feedback and collaborate closely with the internal Product and Engineering teams to influence the platform's roadmap and UX/UI development.
  • AB/Test different client activation strategies to understand which approaches yield the best results for overall client success.
