  • Workday certified consultant

Requirements:

  • Configure and customize Workday modules across HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Expense, Learning, and Advanced Compensation, including custom objects, reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and integrations with Payroll BIPO and SAP
  • Implement Absence management workflows: create LOA and time-off, with cross-reference to Time Tracking logic
  • Manage Time Tracking processes: validation settings (amber/warning if hours exceed thresholds), and changes to business processes and custom reports
  • Support integrations and data exchange: payroll and finance integrations (Payroll BIPO, SAP), employee data and claim file handling, LinkedIn integration, and Workday Studio

3. Time Tracking

Validation setting (if this week more than 100hours to have amber light or warning)

Business Process Configuration

Changes to Custom report

4. Talent

Performance Management Business Process

Disciplinary process

5. Expense

Create expense group, item, working, custom validation, and custom object

Integration with payroll BIPO and Finance SAP

Custom Report and calculated Fields

Out of Workday function Catered to Epsons department fund: custom reports and validations

6. Learning

Complicated Business Process

7. Advance Compensation

Complicated Business Process

Custom objects, reports, and calculated fields

It is mandatory to have any knowledge on the BERT system Merit statement

8. Integration

Integration into Payroll BIPO and Finance SAP for expenses

Payroll and payslip integration between Payroll BIPO and Workday

Employee data file and Claim file
