About the role:

Allied Global Marketing is looking for an experienced Digital Media Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about advertising and marketing grounded in data and analytics. This candidate needs to have marketing, digital and web management experience, strong communication skills and must be proactive in providing insights, analysis and recommendations based on data.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead analytical innovations at the agency, must be comfortable staying ahead of the curve, presenting new ideas, and tying that to the work the agency does.
  • Handle ongoing (weekly/monthly) QA and data audit of media partner data and client data to identify discrepancies.
  • Lead tracking and manage various marketing campaigns and coordinate the appropriate course of action with the client team.
  • Lead regular client meetings to discuss technical issues/projects/QA/data integrity.
  • Create and maintain reporting dashboards and other automated systems.
  • Use tools and third-party ad serving technologies to analysis and report on client data.
  • Work closely with media and client team to deliver client reports, evaluate performance trends and identify areas for improving campaign performance.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of each client's campaign and look for opportunities to grow the account.
  • Assist with trouble shooting, directional guidance for placement and QA of website pixels from paid media partners.

Requirements:

  • REQUIRED: Google Data Studio, Big Query, SQL (basic understanding), excel and data spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms like Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, DV360, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads.
  • A minimum of 3 years of data and analytics experience with experience in digital media campaign analysis.
  • Ability to pull actionable insights from and communicate to clients and/or client teams.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative skills with ability to weave data into a compelling narrative.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever-evolving environment.
  • Expertise in managing expectations against timelines and project delivery.
