Responsibilities

  • Perform daily reconciliation, trade/transfer processing, and settlement of investment activity, including resolving breaks between TD Ameritrade, fund companies, and transfer agents.
  • Reconcile breaks between BOS and fund companies and analyze relevant tax codes; correct tax coding as needed.
  • Investigate internal/external issues, identify root causes of breaks between TD Ameritrade, funds, and counterparties, and propose process or technology solutions; support testing of enhancements.
  • Serve as primary contact with Retail and Institutional teams and external partners via email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce to respond to inquiries and ensure timely completion of client investing and returns requests.
