Job description

We have exciting opportunities available for upbeat and highly organized Administrative Associates! In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide support to senior leaders and their broader departments. The ideal candidate for this position will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and manage complex schedules.

As an Administrative Associate, you will:

  • Answer telephones, relay messages, and coordinate continuous telephone coverage with other administrative associates.
  • Maintain calendar for department and leaders, including scheduling meetings, organizing and coordinating events, and tracking attendance. Make travel arrangements and order refreshments when needed.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines, with opportunity to exercise independent judgment.
  • Order department office supplies as needed and monitor expenditures.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and other written and visual materials.
