Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

Handle customer inquiries and provide remote support during assigned hours (initially 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday).
Document interactions and resolve issues using internal systems and Microsoft Office; escalate complex cases as needed.
Maintain professional communication with customers and ensure accurate information and satisfaction.
Adhere to the scheduled work hours and productivity targets, and participate in required shift patterns as the schedule evolves.

Job description

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent living in USA.
Work from Home.
*Must reside in USA*

Location: Need to be located in USA, but it is permanently remote
Rate: $14.00 / hr
The schedule you will be 9 am to 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday for the first week, and then you will begin this production schedule: TBD

Skills and requirements:

Must have a dedicated workspace, free from noise and distractions;
Minimum internet requirements of 20mbps download (screenshot required);
Experience in a call center is great but not mandatory;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
