  • Establish and maintain files and records; answer telephone and handle walk-in inquiries; and arrange travel, expense reports, meetings, and appointments.
  • Interact with internal and external customers to provide information, assist in solving problems, and handle confidential information discreetly.

  • Arrange and handle details related to travel arrangements, expense reports, meetings and appointments.
  • Deal discreetly with confidential information.
  • Interact with internal and/or external customers to provide information, assist in solving problems and answer questions.
