Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the business to understand requirements and evaluate available business processes in Workday, suggesting suitable options.
  • Implement required changes across the Workday landscape, from development to production tenants.
  • Manage delivery expectations and provide timely responses in all engagements.
  • Oversee third-party delivery in support of service readiness activities and OAC compliance.
  • Support, manage, and estimate change and/or support services.
  • Assess functional specifications and provide impact assessments.
  • Assist in the development of fit-for-purpose system enhancements and solutions in collaboration with UK-based support teams.
  • Manage incidents and problems through to resolution, applying UK-based processes for changes.
  • Adhere to appropriate processes and standards as defined by the UK-based support team.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Workday core HR and Payroll, with an understanding of end-to-end Payroll business tasks.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Workday support with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in Core HR (Manager Hub, People Hub dashboards, reports).
  • Extensive knowledge of UK legislation and Workday UK Payroll.
  • Proficient in Workday integrations, including EIB and Core Connectors.
  • Strong understanding of Workday security processes, business process impact assessment, and configuration.
  • Experience in Workday release impact assessment and testing.
  • Understanding of transport objects.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Agile methodologies.
