Job Description 

•  Assemble raw footage and create short & long videos for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Reels etc.
•  Add motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, color grading & color correction to videos.
• Maintain an organized workflow.

What You Will Do:

• Conceptualize video from briefs, create & develop proposals & scripts.
• Shoot, direct & edit videos with graphics for different departments.
• Understand sound mixes, design & graphics in post-production
• Comprehensive understanding of creative, video, and digital processes related to video production
• See the concept through to execution by developing final edits and doing the post-production
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create videos for all marketing and product needs.
• Communicate with the other teams to ensure efficient onset and offset workflow
• Maintain on-set standards for video production
• Troubleshoot video production challenges
• Review post-edit videos as part of the quality assurance process and for continuous improvement
• Should have the ability to think conceptually and aesthetically, translating creative direction into visual references

Job Role:

• Visualize news production concepts and work according to a strict time schedule
• Translate producer's idea into a beautifully crafted video piece, worthy of broadcasting
• Contribute to meeting quality standards for all editing related assignments
• Publish stories/programmes with optimum audio video quality for WIONchannel
• Ensure error free timely bulletins by addressing all PCR related operations
• Submit innovative ideas to add value in production
• Ability to edit promos and treat visuals on offline graphics software
• Edit & produce stories for Digital and Social Media platform
• Contribute to achieving 100% customer satisfaction by maintaining Video Editing Equipment + Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting
• Continuously work on Self-Development initiatives

Key Skills:

• Audio-Video Editor - Knowledge of Non-Linear Editing with technical knowhow of server-based edit setup
• Software Skills : Velocity / Adobe Premier Pro
• Graphics Software (a must) : Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Aftereffects
• Must have worked in corporate video, Testimonial Video shooting 
• Flexible to work  (Client Location, School Location and  Video Editing from Home)
