Job Description:

• Should have at least 5 years of SAP ISU-FICA experience with 2-3 years in SAP S/4 HANA projects
• Experience in minimum 1 end-to-end Implementation and 2 support projects.
• Must have knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology
• Experience in Enhancements using User-Exits / BAPIs
• Experience in Interfaces with SAP and Non-SAP systems and ALE/IDOCs
• Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong client-facing experience
• Associate should be open to travel based on project requirements.
• SAP functional experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP ISU modules
• Detailed configuration - FI-CA components: Main/Sub, Payment Hierarchy and other financial functionalities, Payments (including Cash Desk and Returns), Account Determination, Settlement Rules, Collection Agencies, Write-Offs / Value Adjustments, Refunds, Security Deposits, Installment Plans.
• SAP ISU Data Model and Data Setup
• Knowledge for setting up data through standard FICA transactions
• Must be aware of FICA Processes like: Dunning, Write Off, Installment Plan, Security Deposit, Payment Lot, Returns, Refund, Reversal.
• Must be aware of G/L Accounts with Main and Sub Transaction
• Experience in Integration with Billing & FICO.
• Experience with Approval workflows for Various Payment/ Write-off Approvals
• Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and support
• Experience with gap analysis and FS, test scenarios, conduct trainings, FUT and provide defect management support.
• ABAP- Good Knowledge of area under RICEFW Objects, Able to document and communicate Technical Details
• Good To have experience to work with Solution Manager.
• Soft Skills : Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, Time Management Skills and proven Team Player.
• Good to have Experience across Electricity, Gas & Water Utilities industries across MENA region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to participate in blueprint workshops / meetings representing client Business

• Responsible to validate Implementers solution v/s Best Industry Solution

• Responsible to Prepare the Functional design document for the custom developments and Interface specification

• Co-ordinate with the technical team and clarify the doubts on the custom functionality

• Responsible to test all the custom development and ensure the requirement is met

• Responsible to plan and execute the Key user Training and User Acceptance testing.

• Responsible to support the cutover activities with focus on O2C processes

• Be willing to work in UAE timings

• Responsible for post-implementation L2 and L3 support including incident, service requests, change requests and problem management
