Project Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

- Candidate should be willing to work flexible shift timings.
- Should have experience working with Global clients.
- Should be involved into Infrastructure Delivery Management activities for past 1 year.

- Strong interpersonal skills.
- ITIL certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Metric/ SLA Reporting
• Participate in weekly/ monthly operations/project meetings
• Managing Resource Assignation
• Handling applications for operation/project management
• Conduct SLA reviews with Track Leads
• Highlight GAPS in compliance
• Manpower/Resource Management/Reporting
• Update GTT
• Roster Management
• Working along with the SDM/Managers in handling operations/projects
• Act as spoc for communicating and managing relations with support departments
