We are seeking a skilled Open Source Observability Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our open-source observability platform, including tools like Grafana and Prometheus. The primary focus will be on installation, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance, as well as enabling new features to ensure optimal performance. Familiarity with Terraform and the ability to support scalability is essential for success in this role. While not mandatory, experience with DevOps practices is considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Maintenance: Maintain and optimize open-source observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
Installation and Upgrades: Install and upgrade observability platform components to ensure the latest features and enhancements.
Feature Enablement: Implement new features and functionalities on the open-source observability platform to enhance performance.
