MS Dynamics 365 Marketing Automation | Sr. Functional Consultant

Experience Required: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing Automation solutions.
  • Design, configure, and optimize customer journey orchestration using Dynamics 365.
  • Drive real-time marketing and personalization strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Develop and automate email and marketing campaigns for targeted outreach.
  • Implement and manage Power Automate workflows to streamline marketing operations.
  • Leverage Customer Insights AI for advanced data analytics and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy regulations.
  • Facilitate integration with Dynamics 365 Sales and Power BI for seamless marketing insights.
  • Guide stakeholders on customer segmentation and insights to improve engagement strategies.
  • Provide functional expertise and training to end-users and teams.
  • Work independently while maintaining accountability for SLAs and deliverables.

  • Integration with Dynamics 365 Sales & Power BI Advanced Level
  • Self-Management & Independence Expert Level
  • Accountability for SLAs & Deliverables Expert Level

Must-Have:

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, technical teams, and clients effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end project delivery and user adoption of Dynamics 365 solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing certification is a plus.
  • Experience in working with enterprise clients and large-scale implementations.
  • Prior experience in Power Platform and Azure ecosystem is beneficial.
