Roles & Responsibilities

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP C4HANA and SAP CX platform with expertise across Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Service, and Supply Chain/Logistics
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, burn-down charts, and Jira/Confluence
  • Proven ability to lead requirements gathering workshops, translate business requirements into functional design documents, and manage customer communications
  • Integration experience with SAP/Hybris and non-SAP systems, data modeling (org structure, material, customer data), and reporting customization

Requirements:

  • Translate business requirements and user stories into high-quality functional design documents for SAP C4HANA, ensuring the best user experience
  • Analyze and refine requirements across SAP CX/C4HANA, develop user stories with acceptance criteria and testing requirements for future sprints
  • Lead design and requirement gathering workshops, conduct sprint demos with business stakeholders, and run workshops and training sessions; manage Agile ceremonies
  • Build and extend SAP CX as a platform to meet customer requirements and coordinate integration with SAP/Hybris and non-SAP systems; ensure cross-team collaboration

Responsibilities:

Functional Consultant will work closely with the business and solution teams to translate businessrequirements and user stories into high quality functional design documents that can be delivered by thesolution teams to ensure the best user experience possible for customers.Good Knowledge of Sales and Marketing Business Processes, E-Commerce BusinessProcesses, Service Business Processes and Integration Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics.Analyze and refine requirements for delivering the necessary features and functionalities in:

SAPC4HANADevelop user stories including appropriate acceptance criteria and testing requirements ConductSprint Demos with business stakeholders to ensure developed solutions satisfy the businessrequirements.Management of the design and requirement gathering workshops with the customer.Build and extend SAP CX as a platform to meet customers requirementRefining customer requirements in terms of features,

user stories, and acceptance criteria toprepare for future sprints.Demonstrating the sprint releases to the customer.

Experience in working with Atlassian toolsets (JIRA, Confluence) used for Agile ProjectmanagementRun the workshops and training sessionsExperience in Agile/Scrum Methodology and Working, Sprint Planning, Burn-down chart andother aspectsEnsuring excellent communication and collaboration between all internal and external teamsFunctional SAP C4HANA skills

(Preferred):In depth knowledge of CRM business processes in Sales service and MarketingExperience in conducting requirements gathering workshops and solution designExperience on scoping and Fine-tuning the SAP C4HANA solutionExperience in Key user tools and screen adaptationsExperience in creation of Org structure, Material and customer dataExposure to Integration set up with various SAP/Hybris and non-SAPsystemsExperience in customizing and tailoring the reports as per customerrequirementsExposure to SAP C4HANA implementation methodology and deployment optionsGeneral Expectations:Good explore to SAP project life cycle.
