Roles & Responsibilities

1-3 years of experience in client facing roles (must).
Experience of working with Large Scale Enterprise clients is preferred.
Strong communication, relationship building and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and diligence to keep all the data and information organized.

Requirements:

Primary the client's requirement clearly and work closely with the Acquisition Specialist in identification and alignment on the right skillset/persona of the required Expert.
Ensure quality and relevance of the profiles sent to the client.
Ensure smooth flow of engagement between the client and the expert throughout the Onboarding and Execution process.
Build and maintain healthy relationships with both Client and the Expert.

Ensure quality and relevance of the profiles sent to the client.
Ensure smooth flow of engagement between the client and the expert throughout the Onboarding and Execution process.
Constantly engage with the client and expert to keep a track of progress and feedback from both parties. Ensure quick resolution of disputes if any.
Complete ownership of revenue realization will lie with the Fulfillment Team.
Responsibility of growing account size and generating more requirements from the client through Cross Selling and Up Selling.
Take ownership of receivables from the client and ensure timely payment to the Experts.
Build and maintain healthy relationships with both Client and the Expert.
Complete ownership of client satisfaction and happiness.
Ensuring proactive communication and timely response.

Desired Skills

Strong communication, relationship building and negotiation skills.
Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
Experience of 1-3 years in client facing roles is a must.
Experience of working with Large Scale Enterprise clients is preferred.
Attention to detail and diligence to keep all the data and information organized.
Must have a collaborative and easy going approach with teammates.
