Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on AEM development experience with AEM 6.5
  • Strong Java 8 knowledge with best practices, unit testing (JUnit/Mockito), OSGi and Sling, APIs and servlet development
  • Experience with workflows, MSM (Multi Site Manager), Jobs/Schedulers, custom components/templates/clientlibs, DAM metadata (custom and standard), Query Builder (SQL2/XPath), and replication agents
  • Proficiency with GitLab, code repositories, Adobe Cloud Manager, build pipelines, and CI/CD including Jenkins; familiarity with dispatcher, translation tools (e.g., Lionbridge)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain AEM applications: custom components/templates/clientlibs, OSGi configurations/services, and API/servlet implementations
  • Design and implement workflows, MSM configurations, jobs and schedulers, and DAM metadata strategies
  • Configure replication agents and dispatcher setups; manage deployments across environments via Cloud Manager, Jenkins, and GitLab
  • Collaborate on CI/CD, write API tests with JUnit/Mockito, ensure code quality, and integrate translation/workflow tooling
