As a Customer Success Specialist, you will ensure German-speaking clients get the most value from our services while enjoying a seamless experience.
Working fully remote from Bulgaria, youll be the bridge between clients and internal teams, solving challenges, guiding clients, and building long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, client interaction, and a flexible remote work environment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients.
Guide clients to maximize the value of our services.
Proactively resolve client issues and provide strategic recommendations.
Track client satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
Fluent German (written and spoken).
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
