ServiceNow Architect

We are AIDA Recruitment a technology and artificial intelligence-based employee search agency. For our client, we are looking for a ServiceNow Architect.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced in the ServiceNow platform (5+ years) including a sound understanding of CSM, ITSM, Event Management and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solutions.

• Experienced with complex ServiceNow integration using APIs and web services (including design and TMF API for Telecom)

• Familiar with prepping HLDs, LLD using Archimate or similar architectural modeling tools.

• Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.

• Familiar with IT operations and infrastructure management concepts, including network devices, servers, databases, and cloud environments.

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), CAD or CSA

YOU WANT TO

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Telecom operations and best practices, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to clients and project teams.

• Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow integration best practices and solutions.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and process flows.

• Identify integration points and technical dependencies, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation of integration logic and interface configurations.
