Job description

This is a senior-level opportunity for a highly experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Specialist who will take ownership of large-scale orgs with over one million records and hundreds of active users. The ideal candidate is deeply technical, collaborative, and skilled in both declarative and programmatic customization. You will work cross-functionally to optimize lead management, ensure data quality, and enable advanced AI-driven capabilities using Agentforce and Einstein tools.Candidates from Ukraine or Colombia are preferred (Ukrainians abroad are also welcome).

The Ideal Candidate

  • 46 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with large orgs (1M+ records, 100+ users).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, limits, and data security.
  • Expert in declarative tools (Flows, formula fields, validation rules) and comfortable with custom code (Apex, SOQL).
  • Proven ability to design scalable and efficient data models.
  • Experienced with integrations (Marketing Cloud, middleware, data warehouses, APIs).
  • Certifications:
    • Platform App Builder
    • Advanced Administrator
    • Sales Cloud Consultant
    • (Preferred) Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
  • Familiar with DevOps (Gearset, Copado, DevOps Center, GitHub) and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written).

What You Will Do

  • Maintain and optimize a Salesforce Sales Cloud org with high data volume.
  • Design and implement scalable automations using Flow Builder, SOQL, and Apex.
  • Manage lead routing, campaigns, and multi-channel sales workflows.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems such as PoS, Data Lakes, and 3rd-party APIs.
  • Implement and enhance Agentforce solutions using Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Agent Studio.
  • Utilize Einstein AI tools for sales enablement and analytics.
  • Ensure continuous integration and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Maintain platform reliability, monitor system performance, and document all technical changes.
