Senior AI Specialist with Python

The project is for a  US-based company building a cutting-edge agentic workflow automation platform that enables users to automate complex processes using natural language interfaces. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI, in a role that blends advanced data science with client interaction and real-world business problem solving.

About the Role

This position is ideal for a technically skilled, client-facing data scientist with deep expertise in AI and NLP. You wont be building software or managing engineering teams instead, youll act as a strategic AI consultant, applying state-of-the-art models to derive actionable insights and solve real business problems for clients.

What You'll Do

• Engage directly with clients to understand business challenges and design AI-based solutions

• Apply advanced NLP and generative AI techniques (e.g., BERT, RAG, LLMs) to analyze large-scale text data

• Process and interpret conversations from platforms like Discord and Telegram to extract sentiment, key topics, and community segmentation

• Translate technical results into business insights and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with the business team to build compelling narratives for clients

• Develop reusable workflows and iterate rapidly based on feedback

• Participate in a 3-step interview process: Recruiter (30 min) Tech (1h) Client (1h)

Requirements

Hard Skills

• 5+ years in AI engineering, data science, or similar roles

• Proven expertise in AI, NLP, LLMs, and generative AI

• Hands-on experience with BERT, RAG pipelines, and LLM frameworks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a business-oriented mindset

• Solid technical foundation, preferably a Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field

• Experience working independently in consulting/client-facing roles

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with rapid iterations

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
