Quality Assurance Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking Quality Assurance Specialists to join ongoing and new public sector projects focused on development, modernization, and digitalization of state services. Specific project details will be introduced during the interview process.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance/testing
• Hands-on experience with QA methodologies and their practical application
• Solid understanding of software development methods and quality processes
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with software development teams
• Good decision-making, organizational, and time management skills
• Fluency in Lithuanian

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the public sector or large-scale IT projects
• Familiarity with QA tools and frameworks
• ISTQB certification

Responsibilities:

• Participate in software development, testing, and quality improvement activities
• Collaborate with developers and project teams
• Analyze test results and propose quality improvements
