Backend Developer (Node.js)

We are AIDA, a recruitment technology-based employee search. For our client, we are looking for a Backend Developer (Node.js) who is ready to join the team. This is a great opportunity for those who want to grow professionally while contributing to exciting and evolving projects.

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for building new functionality, optimizing existing code, participating in Agile ceremonies, and working closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, designers, testers, and account managers. The role includes interaction with clients and opportunities to take part in technical interviews.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience with Node.js: 2+ years
• Python: 1+ year of experience - will be a plus
• Database knowledge: SQL and NoSQL
• API development: REST and/or GraphQL
• Understanding of project architecture and business logic
• Experience with Git and Jira
• Familiarity with SCRUM, Lean principles
• Strong communication skills and client interaction experience
• Experience in code review and writing unit/integration tests

• Able to listen and clearly present ideas

Language

• English: Sufficient for communication with the client
