 What You'll Be Doing

- Analyzing IT systems, networks, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

 What We're Looking For

We need someone who can see the bigger picture a tech-savvy problem solver who can analyze not just what's happening now, but what needs to happen next.

 Must-Haves:

- 3+ years of experience in IT analysis, system administration, or a related field.

- Strong ability to analyze IT systems and propose data-driven solutions.

- Knowledge of cloud computing, network security, and system performance metrics.

- Experience with IT risk management, cybersecurity, and compliance standards.

- Proactive mindset you don't wait for problems; you find and fix them first.

- Ability to work remotely, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively.

   Nice-to-Haves:

- Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, CISSP, or similar fields.

- Experience in engineering or construction industry IT environments.

- Familiarity with business intelligence tools, automation, and cloud platforms.
