The Position:
Were on the lookout for a self-motivated Appointment Generator to help us connect with new customers and set up meetings for our sales team. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in helping our company grow by building relationships with potential clients and creating opportunities for our sales team to close.

This role might be perfect for you if you're an extrovert who loves talking to new people, enjoys starting conversations, and thrives in a target-driven environment. You'll be the one planting the seeds for long-term business relationships and contributing to our success.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Reaching Out: You'll be responsible for finding and contacting potential clients. Whether its through cold calling, emails, or LinkedIn messages, you'll make the first impression and kick off the conversation.

  • Setting Appointments: Your main goal will be to schedule discovery calls, demos, or consultations for our sales team to take over. You're helping to get the yes and handing the ball to the experts.

  • Building Relationships: You'll go beyond just setting appointments; you'll work on building trust and understanding the needs of each prospect. By asking the right questions and connecting on a personal level, you'll be the one starting the conversation that leads to a long-term relationship.

  • CRM Management: You'll keep track of your outreach activities and follow-ups in our CRM to ensure no lead is left behind and everything stays organized.

  • Team Collaboration: You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth transition from the initial conversation to the closing phase, ensuring that everyone's on the same page.

What Were Looking For:

  • At least a year of experience in a sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting role (experience in remote work is a bonus!).

  • You're a great communicator whether its on the phone, via email, or through chat, you know how to keep people engaged and interested.

  • You're results-driven with a strong work ethic and are ready to put in the effort to hit your goals.

  • You've got a knack for starting conversations and building relationships with people quickly, getting them to open up and share their needs.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, email tools, and anything else that comes your way (don't worry, well train you if you need it).

  • Able to work independently and stay self-motivated, especially since were 100% remote.

  • Must be based in Australia and legally able to work here.
