About the Role

Were looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with a strategic mindset and a strong record in B2B sales within the GCC region.
This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and driving growth across international markets.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and execute a strategic business development plan to drive global expansion.

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and referrals.

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Conduct virtual client meetings to identify needs and present tailored HR solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close partnerships.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term collaboration.

  • Track and report sales performance to the CEO, ensuring consistent pipeline visibility.

  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure aligned messaging and execution.

What Were Looking For:

  • 5+ years of B2B business development experience.

  • Proven success in lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

  • Previous experience working with the GCC (especially the Saudi market) is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinker, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
