Your Role:

  •  Add to an engineering team and culture with a strong bias for impact and getting stuff out into the world
  • Our team loves to ship software we are looking for passionate collaborators who love to build, and use technology to solve complex problems
  • Bring expertise, opinions and technical leadership to influence technology selection, systems design and software development practice
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively to influence outcomes and inspire action
  • Contribute fresh ideas and a growth mindset to elevate standards for code quality, testing, deployment and developer mentorship
  • Bring something new to our small R&D team help us continue to raise the skill, knowledge and experience level of our team

This role involves both hands-on technical work and high-level problem-solving.

You Bring:

  • 6+ years of Software Development experience with a strong backend foundation (Node, Typescript, React, Terraform, Github Actions)
  • Solid knowledge of SRE, DevOps, and infrastructure as code principles
  • Proficiency in AWS (or similar cloud environments)
  • Experience building and shipping scalable software

Bonus points:

  • Experience automating complex processes (e.g., eligibility checks, fraud detection)
  • Experience building systems handling large volumes of sensitive data (privacy/security focus)
  • Experience integrating identity verification features (facial recognition, document verification)
