Extensive integration engineering experience delivering API-based integrations across SaaS products and enterprise apps on AWS, with NodeJS and Python development.
Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines on AWS using Terraform, Serverless, and GitHub Actions.
Expertise in API authentication and security (TLS, mTLS) and monitoring/alerting with CloudWatch and Datadog, including incident dashboards.
Experience integrating enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday) and handling data/API integrations in an Agile environment; moderate SQL skills (PostgreSQL, Athena).

Requirements:

Develop and maintain API-based integrations across multiple SaaS products and enterprise systems as part of the Data Engineering team, using AWS services (API Gateway, Lambda, CloudWatch, EventBridge, SNS) with NodeJS and Python.
Build and maintain infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines on AWS using Terraform, Serverless, and GitHub Actions.
Implement API authentication and security (TLS, mTLS) and establish monitoring/alerting with CloudWatch and Datadog, including incident management dashboards.
Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver data strategy initiatives and API integrations, and contribute to code repositories (GitHub) and cross-team communication.

Software Engineer - Integration - Inside IR35

My client is seeking an experienced software engineer with a significant integration background to contribute to a Data Strategy Implementation program with new data and AI solutions being created to help improve productivity, automate processes, and improve customer experience.

The Role:

A key part of the growing data team and will contribute to creating API based integration across various SAAS product used within the organisation. This position is part of Data Engineering team.

Candidates must have the following skills / experience:

Development and Maintenance of infrastructure using tools such as serverless and terraform
Development and Maintenance of CI / CD pipelines using AWS stack and GitHub actions.
Development and Maintenance of API developed over AWS platform using services such as API Gateway, Lambda, CloudWatch, Event bridge, SNS and programming language such as NodeJS and Python
Experience with delivering API authentication using protocol such as TLS, mTLS etc.
Experience developing the integration between SSAS product such as Salesforce, Workday, Public APIs etc.
Implementations of alert and notifications using AWS tools and Datadog to provide visibility over operational efficiency of APIs.
Experience with integrating the incident management tool with operational dashboards.
Working in an Agile rapidly changing environment
You will be an accomplished developer, with excellent NodeJS and python skills.
Experience working with AWS stack and its integration with alert and monitoring tools.
Experience working with infrastructure management tool such as terraform and serverless.
Experience maintaining code repo over GitHub and delivering the CI/CD pipelines in AWS.
Moderate SQL experience on various platforms such as PostgreSQL, Athena etc
Experience with AWS tool such as API Gateway, Lambda, CloudWatch, Event bridge and SNS, Route 53 , Certificate Managers and Secret Managers
