Microsoft Intune / Windows 11 Specialist

Im looking for an experienced Microsoft Intune and Windows 11 Specialist to support an End User Compute team through a major transformation project. If you love modern management, clean configurations, and making tech estates behave, this ones for you.

What you'll be doing:

• Migrating and configuring Intune policies, device compliance settings, and app deployments into a new tenant.

• Reviewing and streamlining existing configurations to improve consistency and cut down technical debt.

• Creating clear documentation and delivering knowledge transfer to ensure long term support capability.

• Acting as the go to SME for Intune related BAU queries.

• Supporting user adoption through training materials, guidance, and troubleshooting.

Essential Technical Skills:

Microsoft Intune:

• Device configuration profiles (Wi-Fi, VPN, certificates, custom OMA-URI)

• Compliance policies & conditional access

• Windows Autopilot & ESP configuration

• Win32 app packaging & deployment

• Update rings & feature update management

• Endpoint security (AV, firewall, disk encryption, ASR rules)

Windows 11:

• Enterprise deployment & migration

• Feature update planning and compatibility assessment

• Troubleshooting modern management scenarios

Microsoft 365 & Entra ID:

• Entra ID device identity & hybrid join

• Conditional access design & implementation

• Microsoft 365 Apps deployment & update channel management

• Group based policy targeting & dynamic groups

General:

• Strong documentation skills (runbooks, SOPs)

• Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement

Eligibility:

• Right to work in the UK

• Able to pass BPSS including DBS

Contract Details:

• Start: January 2026

• Length: 6 months

• Location: Remote (UK based)
